+Does it cost anything to use your help?
No. Providers may pay us a commission when you sign up, and that does not increase your price.
+Who do I contact for billing or outages?
Contact your service provider directly using the number on your bill or their official website. We can't access accounts or fix outages.
+Why do prices and availability vary?
Providers set prices and coverage by address. Two homes on the same street can have different options.
+Do you compare every provider?
We present options from providers we're authorized to represent. We'll always tell you if another option may suit you better.
